I do not beleive Biden is senile. I do beleive Biden has a long history of poor decision making. A combination of slow walking timely decisions, then doing too little, too late. Then Biden changes his mind creating bigger problems, even when handed the best answer. Then Biden blames the problems he creates on others, while claiming to have the only answer. Biden is one big fuck up. Leaders around the world consider Biden very weak, and untrustworthy. The only comparision I can think of between Biden and Trump is. Neither one is qualified to be hired as a door greeter at Walmart, let alone have the most powerful position in the world.
