Biden administration announced two proposed rule changes.
One would eliminate medical debt from credit report, so a medical emergency doesn't wreck someone's credit. The rule also requires more transparent billing and no cost service for poor patients.
Another rule change eliminates a big tax loophole for the rich where they move assets around to avoid paying taxes on the assets. Treasury department estimates US could gain $50 billion in ten years.
Which is why billionaires are lining up behind Trump. Doesn't matter if he is corrupt, incompetent, ignorant. Tax cuts!

The more people deny it the more I question their own mental faculties. Reading this forum is like re-reading 1984 sometimes. I honestly think half the forum could watch someone get stabbed, and if the proper authority told them it didn’t happen they would vehemently jump on board denying it. The Biden thing is so frighteningly obvious the fact people still at this very moment are denying it is actually legitimately scary. Makes me think there is some tear in the fabric of space and time and there are two alternate realities existing simultaneously side by side, one where Biden is normal and one where he’s so old he can’t do jack shit.

Simple question: do you believe he's mentally fit for another four years of presidency?

I honestly do not care. That stopped being a relevant consideration for me once there were no Dem challengers and Trump won the republican nomination. I don't care (aside from the personal level of not wanting anybody to suffer) if Biden dies his first week in office or is brain dead the entire term and Harris runs the country.

I'd much prefer one old man suffer than the whole country go through another 4 years of Trump. Trump is literally an existential threat to peace and prosperity in the US, and by extension, the world.

Yes. So far as I know. Obviously anyone of sny she can suffer catastrophic neurological injury. So I can't predict with absolute certainty.

Fair question. Not that you asked me but, yes I DO believe he's mentally fit, if for no other reason than I am personally (mentally and financially) WAY better off than I was 4 years ago. So......another simple question; Do YOU believe Trump is mentally fit for another 4 years?

Trump's fitness is also irrelevant from my perspective. He's terrible and the people he puts around himself are just as bad.

There are Republicans I would consider voting for. But none that Trump would bring into the fold.

I lost a close friend to vascular dementia he was 75. He passed about three years after diagnosed. One of the first things I noticed is he started shuffling his feet and he could carry on a conversion but over time his memory was affected. About a year before he passed he needed help with someone pointing him in the right direction as then he could navigate slowly but was very cautious. The other thing I noticed was he seemed happy and almost child like in his expressions. He passed from a sudden heart attack.

I see some similar actions from Joe but not being a doctor, not exactly sure what's going on, but I do believe there is something he dealing with.

Trump, quite frankly, has never been mentally fit and sure as hell not mentally competent to govern anything

Worst case, it will be very similar to the 2nd term of Ronald Reagan. Reagan was showing signs of age-related mental deterioration during his second term. But, he had a very experienced administration supporting him and his political goals and agendas. This is not about whether you agreed with those agendas. It's about achieving what he set out to achieve.

Biden has an experienced and hardworking administration who has achieved many of his legislative and political goals.

Compare it to the previous Trump administration. At one point he had both the Senate and the House under a Republican majority and he still couldn't get shit done. First time since 2005 one party had the presidency, Senate, and House. And he couldn't get rid of Obamacare? No infrastructure bill? No immigration reform? He had inexperienced people and high turnover in his administration.

Biden and his administration has shown enough to believe this will continue. He has passed beneficial legislation with a Republican majority in the House and a Democratic majority in the Senate.

I read about a poor man who became totally demented in his 50s. My father lived to 95 and was completely aware to his final minutes. You can't predict based just on age.

The hilarious thing is Trump is nearly as old and clearly neither physically nor mentally well.

And, I would rather have Biden's administration in there than the kind of people Trump will surround himself with. Nothing good will come of that.

I want Biden to be elected president but not because I expect him to survive or be mentally fit to govern for all four years. Totally fine with Kamala taking over for a few years. Anything to keep the actual fascist dictator wannabe out of office. I need four more years to get my exit strategy solidified.

You really are that daft huh? You can clearly see grill marks on the burger with cheese. He's in the middle of flipping them and adding cheese. The hot dogs are visibly grilled as well.

    Spewing nonsensical bullshit extraordinaire!
