OT How bout them Mariners

I saw a post on reddit a few weeks ago that was "What persons name sounds like a porn star name", and I regret not saying Randy Johnson.

 

Why send Locklear down for Polanco? Makes no sense to me. Just what the team needs: another sub 200 hitter.

 

This Mariners team needs a more consistent bat (s) cause right now they either explode for 5 plus runs or struggle to get 2 runs. I do not care how good the pitching is without this team being able to average 4 runs a game or better this is not a team that could challenge for a series spot.

 

They should have flipped Safeco Field around. Batters are hitting into the offshore breeze. Bringing in the fences definitely helped, but the park is still a pitcher's paradise.

 

the Rays might have to send Devenski and his killer change-up back to the St. Petersburg Warthogs.

 

meh. I liked what I saw from Locklear and Ty France has been mediocre at best since his hot start in 2022

meh, it’s not like Ty shows much more in a week either. Plus I’m tired of his slow ass on the base paths

 

That’s cool but the 10 game lead has been cut in half in one week…Julio looks broken, I’m starting to get worried he has regressed considerably.
