The deep down truth, he wanted to standout at Wilson from Day 1...... He would have come off the bench at Jeff and Grant for a couple year most likely. Same went for his Cousin Antoine. He went to Beaumont with us and should have gone to Grant, but Terrell Brandon had that team on lockdown, so he went out to Jesuit.

How many owners have now sold their teams since Jody took over? Does she just love basketball at this point ?

Could Bronny make the All star team if he gets the votes?? Serious question.

He would need the support of the players and the media. Fan vote doesn’t get the job done anymore.

This is probably the most important she’s ever felt and she’s basking in it.

Of course but I think there is no way in hell that the fans vote for Bronny James as an all star starter before Luka and SGA.

I think we should all vote him in, just to show the NBA how absurd the entire fan voting thing is.

Jody won't sell until Portland becomes a championship dynasty. The value of the Franchise will increase exponentially after the first 3 rings. It's simple logic, the Vulcans are preparing to go All-In to make that happen. Buy your season tickets today !!

You can understand why the owners put the team on the market...

It's funny how Jaylen Brown got his extension first to become the highest paid player ever, and people suddenly took it for granted that he's the best player on the Celtics. Kidd said it during the playoffs, and whoever does the voting somewhat inexplicably agreed by awarding Brown Finals MVP. Will Tatum be considered their best player again next year, now that he got a bigger extension?

I love Jaylen's game, absolutely love it but Tatum is the best player on that team, he is a far better offensive weapon and he just doesn't give up enough more on defense to make up that difference. Kidd was very obviously just trying to stir the pot. They are both great and Jaylen deserved the Finals MVP, I just think that the vast majority of the NBA watching world is correct in the assessment that Tatum is better.

We should be so lucky to have two guys at 26 and 27 who are both worthy of all nba spots.

I disagree with that part. He had a few highlight dunks and blocks (but so did Tatum), but Holiday and White were consistently higher impact, and Porzingis and Tatum had much better individual games (1 and 5, respectively). It was a 3- or 4-way tie, and I believe the nod went to Brown because the narrative has been that he's their best player since signing the extension. Regardless, the MVP was, without a doubt, Doncic. He had five elite 2-way players focused on him on both ends of the court, and he still managed to be the best player out there for most of his minutes. It should have been a ballsier pick, either going to the loser or split among winners.

Yeah, so you're the kind of person that wants to give the best player on the team who got beat in 5 games the MVP instead of someone on the team that won. Okay... cool deal.
