How is the secret service perimeter not up to and including 2 miles radius of the podium? That's insane.
Both statements, by the SS and state cops, are bullshit. The SS has jurisdiction out as far as they need to create a safe zone. Due to the SSs limited manpower resources. Some layers of the perimeter are always given to state and locals to keep safe. Such as the building the shots came from. The locals should of had several men, at least, on that roof. My guess. There was a major communication error made by someone. Now everyone is pointing fingers at the other guy. Also, "some" of the SS agents protecting Trump were clearly rookies. After the shots were fired, they were not professional enough to be in that position and handle the situation. Several were professional. It makes me wonder who was incharge of the security detail? And who put it together?
