They may have lost control of the soft landing as Joe handed the yoke over to Kamala. The post covid economy has defied normal analysts expectations though. Markets are up this morning, but some uncertainty remains? I feel an emergency rate cut coming. We've all been hoping for a cut for a while now. Two before the election would be nice.

Yeah I'm kind of wondering if this is what we were waiting for before doing the rate cuts.

Keep it going as long as possible without rate cuts... That way you have them in your back pocket in case you need them.

Yeah, I should have said 'expecting' a rate cut, not 'hoping' for one.

Remember last week when the market went down bigly for like a 2 day period and Trump and the right was saying we’re spiraling into a depression like we’ve never seen before?

Within a week all those losses have been regained and it’s crickets about it on the right…

That party as a whole just uses fear as its platform.

    probably too much attention.

If you’re trying insinuate the book banning, trans obsessed, abortion zealots that are on the Trump sinking ship don’t base their culture conflicts based off fear than you’re delusional.

Every single rally Trump goes on and on about how Harris is part of the radical left. Even though she’s more moderate than anything.

If you followed politics closely you’d realize this current Republican Party is far from what it was just 10 years ago. When their ideals were less government and fiscal conservatism.

I’d argue the Trump party is more government than today’s Democrats.

I know you’ll counter point with saying something about Project 2025 is fear mongering. It’s a 900 page manifesto that JD Vance wrote the forward for. It’s way more real than Trump saying silly shit like Harris starting the next Great Depression.

You took a staple, if not *THE* staple, of American political policy and presented it as if only one side engages in it. It’s not really the case. Getting tricked into two-party cheerleading is futile, there aren’t any meaningful differences between the two sides. You’re being handed social issues to bicker over while the country is being looted.

How did you come up with this faulty info?

The present governor, since last year, is a democrat. But.

5 of the last 7 governors were republicans..
