    Democrats have a Law & Order parody ad on Trump's 34 felony convictions.

    Federalist Society warned it is defamation to call Trump a felon and threatened legal action.

    It's only defamation if it's false.

    The rfk votes swinging to Trump will be huge. The dnc shot themselves in the foot with their lawnfare, trying to keep rfk off the ballot.

    That stupid move may have cost them the election.
