He agreed to a specific time/date/venue for a debate when Biden was his opponent. Once the opponent changed, he suddenly had issue with everything. If he shows up 9/10, I'll gladly admit to being wrong. But so far, the evidence prevented suggests that he has no interest in doing so. To be clear, I don't think he's "afraid". I think he believes that treating her as though she's beneath him is good for his campaign, that debating her legitimizes her.
