Putting cats in office a good idea for those tired of partisanship. All cats are Independents.

 

In that they insist they’re strong hunters and fiercely competent but still need you to feed them and complain when the food is ten seconds late?

 

Nonsense. They don't need us to feed them any more than we need to eat in restaurants. They can feed themselves. But why waste effort when humans beg to serve them?

 

Oh sure they love the social services provided, but then act like they don't benefit from them.

 

Cats don't demand rights. They expect them

You never win arguments with a cat or a cat lady.

 

Aren't current politicians already there doing nothing but lick their own rear-end?

 

Probably. That's why cats would do a better job.

 

Oh, I think current politicians are very good at licking their own rear-end, and while cats excel at this task too, I am not sure we really get an upgrade there.

 

Cats are certainly prettier. Smarter. Incorruptible.

If you ask nice I’m sure the cat will let you do it for them. Cats are lazy and affable.

 

Wrong. Cats would never interfere in other cats' lives. They don't blame Black and Brown cats for their problems. Fat cat is a pejorative. Female cats are equals.
