    As I remember last year Bo Nix struggled a bit vs Texas Tech. Portland State obviously wasn’t a problem but Nix did have to get the offense going in the second and third game of the season.
    Gabriel might come around still but he sure has had some issues. Couple of those passes were to guys that had room the run and he simply missed.

    Meanwhil Jeanty ran for about 8 yards per carry and got 5 yards on the first down of their last drive only to be ignored on 2nd and 3rd down in favor of throwing the ball with a few minutes to go...
