Largely, but I'd say not entirely. There are a lot of these people that suppress these attitudes and behaviors so long as they aren't in groups of like-minded individuals to normalize them. Individually, they aren't strong. They know deep down it's not right. It's important to them to appear strong because deep down they're insecure. It's like Trump continually pushing false narratives. If the other side continues to push the "he's weak, he's feeble" POV, some of those people are going to peel away.
What the bloody hell are they doing to themselves? Not many women expend so much trouble to become worse looking.
I'd say that they have achieved their goal of looking completely MAGA-ie. Not that that's a good thing.
