Ducks bettors getting nervous. This has been an awful year for Ducks covering so far after they were a machine last year

Burch on the sidelines with a smirk knowing he solidified himself being a 1st round pick

    Solid win by the Ducks!

But it's nice that we have an extra day to prepare for Ohio State.

First true test. I’m glad it’s gonna be at the friendly confines. Autzen will be electric

DG needs to lock down that shit in the red zone. He looked a lot better later in the game though.

I like Jordan James too but he'd need to have a couple of all-American level seasons to go down as the best ever Duck RB

    LaMichael James
    Royce Freeman
    Jonathon Stewart
    Bobby Moore (Ahmad Rashad)
    Reuben Droughns
    Kenjon Barner
    Onterio Smith
    Bucky Irving
    Maurice Morris
    LeGarett Blount
    Jeremiah Johnson
    Deanthony Thomas
    Dereck Loville

that's a dozen. James might crack the top-10 if, as you said, he comes back next season

I think he could put himself in the conversation. Most those guys had one year where they exploded.

after a rough start to the season, the Ducks are looking like a legitimate top-10 team. Maybe even top-5. I'm not sure they have the cohesiveness needed to win a championship though

I think they would if in the alternate universe, Jackson Powers Johnson, Bucky Irving, Troy Franklin, and Trikweze Bridges had all returned for their senior seasons. Then yeah, that's a definite contender

I gauge RB's not just by rushing yards but also by receiving yards. By my count James has 1500 yards rushing and 190 receiving

something else too is that LMJ, Freeman, Barner, Stewart, Droughns...they were all really good at blocking. I've seen James whiff on 2 or 3 blocks

I also need to give an honorable mention to Terrance Whitehead. He didn't have the talent of a lot of these guys, but he made up for it with heart, FBIQ, and giving maximum effort on every play

most game thread comments are posters wetting the bed. When leading 31-0 the sheets tend to stay dry

This game was predicted to be a blowout and it was, I wouldn't use it as a gauge. Next week...

I gotta admit. I was way too busy this week to pay much attention. My first thought when i looked at those jerseys was "Wow those are god awful". My buddy sitting next to me told me they were for cancer awareness and I thought "Gee they could have come up with something better than that".
