The average voter doesn’t vote based on what’s going on in the Middle East.

The average voter might know that there’s unrest, but doesn’t know the inner workings.

The average voter knows that grocery and rent are higher. The average younger voter thinks the American dream is unattainable.

This is pretty interesting. And ironic, if someone follows through and does it.

You see yesterday somebody released a report saying the average age for somebody purchasing a house is 56. What the fuck!

Successful or not, my kids might never be able to buy a house. I know my wife and I couldn’t afford our house we live in now if we were trying to buy it.

The house my ex and kids live in is probably the last house any of the four of us will ever own. I'm not going to own a house again (for reasons), and my ex can't afford one on her own. My kids will probably be drafted into World War III and... well, if they're lucky, maybe they'll get one of those cheap Army homes in Northern California.

“If you were able to overlook a genocide and cast a vote for Harris, you already know how a conservative was able to overlook Trump’s extremism and vote for him.”

Not voting for Harris and getting Trump because of it is like getting a corporate match on your 401k: every death in Gaza will be matched by a death here. Twice as much death, and all you had to do was nothing.

Theory does not match what the status quo is doing to those people. I'm not hopeful he'll be any better but I don't begrudge people taking that chance.

One side is actually trying to put forth a message to those average people while the other side is trotting out celebrities to shame and guilt trip them based solely on race, gender and other identity based factors.
I certainly don’t think all Republicans are acting in good faith by any means, at least not the establishment Rinos. But at the very least some their messaging is on point. There is also an anti-establishment wing of the Republican party which the Democrats simply do not posess. The Democratic party IS the establishment in every sense of the word.

We could have bullied Kamala into agreeing with our position. We bully Democrats left all the time; look at gay marriage. Biden’s political moves were callous but indicated Democrats were going to go left after the election. Now that will not happen and people here will also die in the tire fire. I’m glad you think you remained pure in your politics but it did not save anyone. It will kill more.

Bullshit. The Republicans aren't putting forth any helpful message. They are selling ocean front property to people without an ocean.

They thought this has something to do with a protest at first.

Not a fan of Stephen A and ambivalent to The View, but I thought there were some worthwhile thoughts on this segment.

Agreed. We should prohibit people from buying houses when they are so young.
