I think trump will look to become the dude, with an effort to bring about the Abraham Peace Accord once again. I bet he cranks up tough sanctions on the Iran and tries to bring down the theocracy for the Iranian people.

Probably not, just a gut feeling he'll want go after them and try and re-ignite the Abraham accord. He's capable of going after anyone that tried to bring him down. I feel for the Iranian people as I think they being suppressed and robbed of rights and the mullahs dont care about their own people.

Everyone in Trump's administration seems to be on board with supporting Israel. Biden and Harris were being mealy mouthed on this issue, but kept supporting Israel all the same. So that's the greatest risk I see with the Trump administration, is bringing us to war with Iran.

But Trump didn't bring us to war with Iran during his 1st term, even though he could have used their bombing of one of our bases as an excuse to.

I hate to say this, but America is probably going to need to get a major black eye, before people wake up to the fact that we need to co-exist in the world with much more diplomacy, rather than being the bully of the world.

 

Ive mentioned before I have a Lebanese friend, a senior thats been here for 25 years. We talk at the gym and he's convinced most Lebanese people ( mostly Sunni) want Hezbollah gone, he gets feedback from family. They have basically taken over the government with backing from Iran. Also, they are Shia.
