My in-laws don't celebrate any major holidays, which was a major selling point when asking my wife to marry me.
First year, give everyone kittens for Christmas. Second year, announce that you're allergic to cats and can't come to their house.
Merry Xmas Eve fellow Blazer addicts. May your days be filled with dreams of many Blazers future championships... Ok. Well, perhaps just some quality wins.
Merry Christmas everyone! @Mediocre Man, be just flirty enough with the nurses that they feel good. Don't push it too far like last time...
Now that I have more time to actually sit and type… Been on this forum for 11 years now myself. In that amount of time we have been through a lot as fans. We’ve been through a lot in our personal lives as well. We’ve seen people sharing being newlywed, people sharing the birth of their children. We’ve lost some amazing people, and have turned to each other during tough times. We see differences of opinion about the team. Different takes on the Blazers and/or the players. People who are passionate to advocate/argue their stances and beliefs. But all of that makes this forum what it is. While the Blazers are what brings everyone here. This forum has overall been a solid community of genuinely solid people. I want to thank all of you for your part in making this a place worth frequenting for over a decade. So again, a sincere happy holidays to you all. And to those who are no longer with us (for any reason). May we meet again, but until then… GO BLAZERS!!! Edit: Oh yeah… And we are 3on3 CHAMPIONS
Happy Holidays to ALL. Been a relaxing eve for me, having got everything done early. Loving sitting in jamas sipping on infused cocoa, and just relaxing with the love of my life. Tomorrow is when the chaos begins. I hope everyone has a wonderful holiday, enjoys the time spent with loved ones and cherishes the smiles of excitement on the children's faces. This is a fabulous time of year! Much love to all my fellow Blazer fanatics!
Today as you all know of course is THEMRSHCP’s birthday. Got back from Dallas last night around 2am….. both kids are back and town and had a fantastic day chilling with all of them. Little Die Hard 2 and dinner at the in laws!
Have the blessed day you and your family deserve, John. Thank you for adding so much to the forum all these years. You have made it tolerable for me more times than I care to admit
Great night out on the town. Found the Santa Clones again this year and checked out the tree. Have a fantastic day tomorrow FAMS!
Yesterday at cousins. They hired a Ukrainian a capella folk trio singing traditional songs in costumes. Alas, I had to thank them in Russian as I don't speak a word of Ukrainian. Nothing on calendar today, just hang out streaming movies. Get some takeout like all the other Jews. Chinese takeout nearby has crappy food and they were rude one time I went there. Going to try Indian takeout, web site says they are open and listed as top East Bay spot. Also they are halal so don't have to worry they cooked in lard. Tomorrow as always on December 26 going to San Francisco to see Nutcracker.
