Comical but that fan base deserves the drama. And Jimmy Veto'd trade to Milwaukee? Should make Dame feel great lol. Sorry if this belongs in another thread, haven't been on in awhile and i'm sure it'll rustle some jimmies if didn't follow rules.
Miami has made it clear they're not taking Beal. And Phoenix can only offer Beal. So... irresistible force or immovable object?
Lets see… You are supposed to post the link first, then add context. No comma after the first word, comical, in your post. You capitalized “veto’d”. You didn't use proper grammar in half of the post. You didn't start a poll. You didn't ask or inquire of anyone elses’ thoughts. You didn't provide a plethora of stats showing all types of mathematical angles of how and where Jimmy could go/who could trade for him. You could have posted this in the “around the nba” thread. You apologized!!! complete fail of a thread. I joke. Am I evil if I find amusement from watching Miami get squeezed? If so, I don't care. LOL!
PHX is terrible that’s for certain but they have no tradeable assets. Butler would not change a thing for them. Just one more guy who wants touches.
Kevin Durant is 36. The reason Butler wants to leave Miami is that Miami won't give him a max contract because he's 35 years old.
Sure the Suns might - but that'll be completely separate from a Butler trade as Nurk salary can't be aggregated. 2nd apron has drastically reduced options for high spending teams. Those teams used to be able to get these disgruntled all-stars but it's just not possible any longer. Or if it's possible it's extremely difficult and often not much of an upgrade. Butler had 4 teams on his wish list but 3 of them have major restrictions to try and make a trade. Houston is the only team that can easily put together an offer.
