Red states pay for the food, it’s not just random charity. It’s called an economy. There are resources California has to pay for also. You might ask those rural ranchers who grew that food who they voted for while you’re at it.

Governor Newsom invited Trump and members of Congress to come view destruction and speak to people affected. Even said he would personally praise Trump for providing aid. They won't.

FEMA being told not to provide aid to Trump voters after a hurricane comes to mind here. That alone is a much more evil and egregious offense than any of the left-right bickering you guys are now pretending to be offended by in relation to these fires.
Accept it is. California is integral to our countries economy and besides that point part of our country. We need to offer support during emergencies without political bullshit.
They are getting help from everywhere, despite the monumental failures in their leadership which exacerbated the crisis tenfold.

The biggest fire in the country this summer stopped a few miles short of my house. I was on evacuation notice for two weeks. Am I more right than you now? Is this how the dick swinging contest goes?

Glad your house was spared but I don't care what you do with your dick...nor should you mine. My wife and I had to evacuate our home 8 years ago and I had heart surgery in the middle of that horrible fire right behind the hospital in Springfield...I've also evacuated from Paradise Park in Hawaii over the Volcano erupting.....seen a lot of disasters...my wife's hometown in Taiwan was hit hard by an earthquake not long ago and many people lost businesses and homes...under all of these conditions only red state MAGA jerks are lacking empathy for victims of disasters...most people come together and rebuild...grieve and share during these times. You are definitely more "right" than I am...politically I lean left of center.
