Thanks. I'll throw you a bone back: I like Trump's choice of Tulsi Gabbard for Director of National Intelligence.

(Unlike Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem, who makes up stories, Gabbard has Jimmy Carter-like peace leanings.)

Waiting until the day after the inauguration to flip the script and call foul on all the Biden-caused issues you all swept under the rug for four years is really short-sighted, and kind of just dishonest. You’d get laughed out of this forum for even mentioning eggs exactly one week ago and now it’s a flagship concern? Not buying it, sorry. You guys were the ones “willing to pay extra to save democracy blah blah blah”. I simply cannot take these critiques seriously as I don’t think they are made in good faith.

LMAO! I've never said any of that. Nor was I a Biden supporter.

I have however, started hearing these kinds of excuses happening among Maga preemptively.

I get the joke. The problem is many on the left are using these as serious criticisms, without irony.

I was just commenting on the cartoon you posted. Wasn’t necessarily a personal criticism, more a criticism of the left and many in the forum as a whole.

100% of the time when someone on the left uses the egg joke it is simply to point out how stupid it was that the right made this one of their concerns/criticisms.

The joke is hilarious because it's true. It's serious and also has a great irony too. The same people who complained about prices under Biden will now make excuses for even worse prices under Trump. Already seen it.

Inflation of necessities like food and housing aren’t stupid criticisms though, especially for those so affected by it. That’s a direct result of poor (or non existent more accurately) fiscal policy at the hands of the senior care resident that just left office. It will take time to repair that damage, if the new administration even has any interest in doing that which they may or may not.

well hopefully the very young, spry, whip smart 78 year old in the oval office now will fix all of this, quickly, as promised. the old senior care president is out of the way now.

As soon as he stops arguing with world super powers like Denmark and Colombia we might get this turned around
