This man is seriously ill. Never felt much sympathy for Kim Kardashian but I hope she keeps her children away from him

 

CDC ordered to remove on line data on homelessness, bullying (I prefer to call it abuse) in school, smoking and drinking because they include demographic information in regards to these problems, specifically because they include data on these problems in LGBTQ community.

 

Dog killer Kristi Noem said she would not rule out sending shoplifters and other low level crimes to Guantanamo Bay internment.

 

That prohibition against cruel and unusual treatment is only for 'murricans.........

 

What prevents them from sending American citizens as well?

 

I'm not seeing where it clearly violates the constitution. Maybe cruel and unusual punishment? Maybe due process?

This seems far from cut and dry.

 

I don't think that would qualify unless there was torture... As long as they follow the same rules as our prisons here and we can't prove otherwise I find it hard to believe this would be prevented.

 

Unsure but it could be considered deportation and a citizen can't legally be deported.

 

Without due process of law, right? Wouldn't a trial in which they are convicted satisfy the requirement of due process of law?
