Thanks. That clears things up a bit. Dude, had no reason to accost that guy in the wheel chair and accuse him of stolen valor without reason. It seems he started the whole thing, which invalidates self defense, as pointed out on this video. Why did he accuse this guy of stolen valor? Was it it racial? The shooter was also a veteran? He tore patches off dudes wheelchair? WTH? You can't just walk around and do that. It seems the charges are reasonable. He's lucky it's not attempted murder.
