I cannot fathom why you would post this given the content of this thread. Further, you failed to correct “real”! Consider deleting …

    Other tips for @THE HCP

    "Righty tighty, lefty loosey"

If you're confused as to which is left and right, stick your hands in front of you. Have your palms facing out. Then stick your thumbs out.

You see will that your thumb and index finger on your left hand, creates the letter L. That is your left hand.

If you don't have a left thumb, just look at your right hand and notice it is a backwards L. So that is not the left.

If in addition to not having a left thumb, you don't have a right thumb, you probably got bigger fish to fry.

If you need to count accurately and you don't have a watch, phone or a clock handy, you can go "One Mississippi, Two Mississippi", where each "Mississippi" takes about a second to say.

If someone says "it's a quarter to three", they don't mean 25 minutes to three, even tho a "quarter" is the same as 25 cents. They mean 15 minutes to three.

And even tho a quarter (or "one 4th") of 100 is 25, it is not the same on a clock.

    For example, there are "4" 25's in a 100 (25, 25+25<50>, 25+25+25<75>, 25+25+25+25<100>) there are 4 equal segments in 60 minutes (15, 15+15<30>, 15+15+15<45>, 15+15+15+15<60>).

The word is "specifically" not "pacifically". The world is NOT flat. Pro-wrestling is scripted/predetermined.

If someone says "10-4", they aren't talking about a score of a game. That is mostly CB speak.

18:30 means it is 6:30 PM.

    Hope these help.

Real was correctly spelled although ungrammatical.

Fewer modifies plural noun only. Otherwise use less.
If you do this correctly you have fewer headaches and less stress.

I absolutely suck at that. Also, I struggle with the "good" and "well" situation.

    1. Curl your right hand into a fist.
    2. Put your left index finger on the 2nd knuckle of your right index finger. Start with January.
    3. Move your left finger between the knuckles and say February.
    4. Continues with the months alternating from being atop a knuckle to touching between them.
    5. When you get to your pinkie knuckle, you will say July. Touch the pinkie knuckle again and say August.
    6. Continue with September between knuckles, atop, and so on.

The months that you say when touching a knuckle have 31 days. The ones between knuckles are 30 or 28 (sometimes 29).
They taught this in boot camp so that Marines could remember. No we did not use crayons or eat them … mostly.

Thanks for all your support throughout these past years with @THE HCP and his issue with this. The affect/effect it had on me is hard to put into words.
