    I actually do this on a regular basis, so I can remember what month has how many days (cept for February).

    Also, @THE HCP Some math tips.

    If the sum of 2+ digit numbers add up to a number that is divisible by 3, that number is also divisible by 3.

    I.e., 252. 2+5+2 = 9. 3 goes into 252 84 times.

    1776 = 1+7+7+6= 21 3 goes into 21, so yes, 1776 is divisible by 3.

    For bigger #'s, it works too but a little differently. If you add up a group of #'s and you don't know off the top of your head if that # is divisible by 3, add those numbers together.

    So like if after adding those #'s together you end up with 78, combine 7+8. That is 15. And then 1+5=6. Which means you can divide the original # by 3.

    To figure out half of a fraction, just double the denominator. Ex: 3/8. Half of 3/8th is 3/16th.

    One of my favorites is "Desert" vs "Dessert".

    You want *more* dessert, so it has the extra S. You don't want to be stuck in the desert because it has Sand.

    English is a hodgepodge language. Derived from original Saxon. Norman conquest added French and Latin based words. Heard lecture on the matter. Why do we eat meat with names that don't match animals? Norman conquerors demanded Saxon peasants supply meat. Peasants called animals Saxon names, sheep, cattle, pigs. Normans used French names, mouton, boeuf, porc. Became mutton, beef, pork.

    I noticed that their 2nd spiciest chicken is not much hotter than Safeways Spicy Chicken Tenders.
