If "we better get flagg" is what you wanted then you hated every win and ESPECIALLY the win streak.

    Cant have both.

Thanks for saying my side was the correct side all along. Have a great day!

Odd that we flip to a blatant tank last night. If we were going to do this why not trade vets at the deadline or do the tank sooner? Now it's kind of too late to move our pick up but one spot from #9->#8....

Between Scoot being benched when he was playing his best, keeping 4 years of Grant contract, and now not letting Sharpe/Deni try to win for their development, it just seems like such a pointless season.

I wonder why the 'never-tank-always-play-to-win' crowd isn't here trashing what Portland did last night. I mean, obviously, sitting the two best players in the last minutes of a close game has to be a torpedo under the water line of the 'winning culture' hull

yeah...sarcasm....because I believe all this 'winning culture' chatter is 97.6% bullshit (science).

the Blazers blatantly tanked the game. Now obviously, I believe they should have tanked the season. But I wanted an organic tank after Simons-Ayton-Grant-Timelord were all dumped in the off-season. I never really worried about the returns for dumping them as I believed it would have been addition by subtraction. If they could have received a 1st round pick or two, great; if not...that would have been great too

but to yank the two best players with 3 minutes....LOL...WTF?

Blazers don't have a culture of winning; they have a culture of schizophrenia. They finally turned off the oven after the cake was burnt to a crisp; left the cake in the oven too while it cooled down. And it would be just like that pervasive schizophrenia to turn around and try to win at least one of the remaining games, if not all of them. Would anybody be surprised if they did?

It seemed to me, we rolled with the guys in the 4th who played well in the 2nd. Deni and Sharpe scored a lot, but they didn't have a big impact on the point differential. I didn't get the sense at the time that Billups had intentionally gone into tank mode.

    LMAO - WTF?

Deni had 37 points but you think he didn't impact the Blazers point differential? That was better than most of Dames offensive games - along with way better defense.

Blazers couldn't find a decent shot when those two guys were benched at the end. Yeah would've been nice to have Deni 37 on the floor or the guy who scored 36 the night before.

He was -4 for the game. It wasn't that hard to see that we played our best when our top scorers were off the floor. That obviously won't happen every game, but when it does, the reasonable thing is to not question Billups for rolling with it.
