Almost a great comeback until Westbrook missed the open lay-in.

It was a fun game to watch and it gives us a game seven. Nothing more dramatic in sports than a winner take all game in basketball.

I'll fill in for @THE HCP and say both games tonight were highly, highly watchable!

You can land awkwardly because you’re fat. Not saying that’s what happened in this specific case but being fat puts pressure on your feet, your knees, and your back which can lead to injuries.

I like Denver which means rooting for Westbrook. Rooting for Westbrook is not fun though.

I wanna see the jokic sga battle. but i feel like a 2nd back to back game 7 loss in a series they led 3-2 would cause a denver shakeup whereas if they move on to round 2, it might mask the real issue. Jokic deserves better

    Could be both.

When you are out of shape, landing awkwardly probably has a better chance of injuring you. If you are in shape and land awkwardly, your body can more likely take it and you will be ok a lot of the time.

He has been out of shape for a long time. His own coach called him out on it post game.

Yeah, because Scoot has made multiple all-star games and won 50-60 games the last 4 years just like Nash in Dallas.

Still look at Nash's numbers his first four seasons and the fact that he came into the league as a 22 year old four year college player... then think about how absurd it is to be writing Scoot off so early. That isn't to say I wouldn't trade Scoot, I just think it's way too early to know just how good he can be and we've seen enough to know that he'll be pretty good, at least a starter or sixth man of the year type.

All of that said, I like the idea of trading Scoot, Deandre and a pick for Zion... I'd rather the pick be the worst out of the 2029 FRPs or a lotto protected 2031 FRP that conveys as our 2031 SRP if it lands in the lotto but I'm open to taking a big swing and including Scoot in the package.

Top seeds in East all advance while West has one and could be two or three upsets. More parity in West?

I thought it was understood that there was more parity in the west. 3-8 seeds were all potentially interchangeable with 3 games left

I would probably expand that to 2-8 seeds. Houston is not exactly separating itself.

Very much so. The Warriors are not really an upset if they win.

    I wonder if he’ll retire.
