I'm pretty sure that our pick will have English as a second language. Probably French as a first, but I'm going to go for a player who's mocked way lower, and that's Hugo González. He's the most unknown quantity, but at the same time he's been in the Real Madrid development system.

I was talking to my friend a year ago about Hugo and was sure he’d have a breakout year this season. Real Madrid buried him on the bench — inconsistent playing time. He’s not a reach at #11. Though we could probably get him with Orlando’s #16 if the Simons deal happens. Lotto talent.
There's nice depth in this draft. I want to see the Blazers target and acquire two high level prospects.
