Yeah, we had a really bad interaction with a dr at Randall's. Was dreading potentially seeing that dr again.

 

I played a lot of sack with the two founders before Johnnie got it patented. Mike Marshall and John Stalberger from Oak Grove. Mike passed away from a heart attack at an early age. Mike got it going with small bean bags.

 

Thought I read something that these people planned that stairwell and didn't show any of the other stairwell that are completely fine.

With that said, the Lloyd district is way worse than downtown Portland. Lloyd is one of the worst places to go to right now, imo.

 

I wonder if this is part of the negotiations with United Healthcare. They were going to cut OHSU out of their network, then suddenly they're cool, and now OHSU gives up on getting into the provider space.

 

I remember when Lloyd Center first opened and it was the pride and joy of Portland.

 

Lloyd Center itself, sure. Any rundown malls is a spot you shouldn’t be hanging at. But Broadway 1 block over has great shops and restaurants from around 15th all the way down to 39th where it meets Sandy.

 

Is 29 acres big enough?

*Edit* Nevermind, it's bigger than Safeco's 19.5 acres... I would tend to agree. That's a great spot.

On the other hand, the down sides are worth considering...
