I'm a sucker for a good redemtion story like this. All those years he spent trying to kill the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and then stops to become a basketball coach.

Have you forgotten fifth grade history? Spain and Portugal arguing over dividing up South America. Took their respective cases to the pope, not sure which pope. He gave Spain the lion's share and a piece to Portugal. The notion that the indigenous people might have an opinion wasn't considered. Don't know why Spain got so much more, bigger army? Bribe? Anyway, Portuguese share became Brazil.

Solid player. Good defender. Had the luxury of playing in the same front court as Duncan.

Also makes me think Hugo Gonzalez is the pick

He is #25 on Givony's mock and #45 at The Ringer. Maybe we can trade for #26 or #27 from the Nets if he really is the pick.

Good question. Splitter has a reputation as an extremely hard worker and he pushes his players to excel. You would think he would know a bit about footwork being coached by Popovich.
