Does anyone have a link on Joker's combine stats and measurements. It's my understanding that he didn't have any and was an international man of mystery that the Nuggets took a flyer on.

Still, it was not the organized pre-draft combine....was it his max vertical or a no-step vertical? besides that, I was comparing Clingan/Edey/Queen. How many MVP's do you suppose are in the future for those three? Jokic has 3 and it easily could have been 5. I agree. On the one hand, this looks like we're going for it, which might suggest trading for a vet, but on the other, if we really believe our record is going to get a good deal better, then this is our best draft pick for the foreseeable future, so we might as well take one last stab at a star. I say we go for potential, which suggests Bryant or Essengue, but could conceivably mean Queen, although that runs counter to the whole move towards defense.
I am not sure why you're posting about Jokic who is probably the biggest outlier in NBA history; especially when you seem to be implying that we should all disregard Queen's terrible performance at the combine...why?....because Jokic? Queen obviously has some offensive skills. But he is also obviously slow as shit and kind of floor-bound
on one hand: glad Simons is finally gone and the decade of undersized, bad-defense combo guards is over....on the other hand, 35 year old Jrue?...on one hand: the potential of Joe giving Simons a 35M/year deal is deleted....on the other hand, Jrue has a 35M/year deal then runs till he's 37....on one hand: the Blazer defense got better....on the other hand, the offense got worse....but, back to that first hand, will the offense really be worse if Jrue's experience & skills make him much better at running an offense than Simons?....on the other hand, does this say anything about Scoot?
The Blazers had 96 minutes for 3 guards before (32 mpg per player) and they still do, I do no think that bringing Jrue to replace Ant does anything for Scoot's ability to get minutes. What it does is opens the offense for Shae who is now expected to be the #1 option in the backcourt for the Blazers (with Deni being the designated wing scorer)
implying something about Queen? Thats never entered my mind. You made a spreadsheet on young centers combine measurements and I thought wow Jokic is an outlier is all. And you kept asking me where I seen the 17" so I tried to find what id seen as pass it on per your request. I didnt realize he had not particapated in the combine which is no big deal as Euros that are playing at that time are measured by someone else oversees's.
