    We still need a knock down shooter. Yang's the type of player you package with a vet for salary purposes and other assets coming back. Wouldnt surprise me one bit to see wiz or nets deal.

    So we had a scrimage with his squad, made a ton of trips to China, had him do a secret one on one workout with Clingan, took way higher than anyone had him mocked and had a presser today for just him... all to trade the dude???

    OK. I have come to accept this as a legitimate pick and Yang as a good prospect. I think Cronin did a good job of getting future assets and still getting his guy. I do believe MN would have taken him at 17 so Portland handled that perfectly. I'm still not sold that a club can be championship caliber with somebody who lacks mobility like Yang (or Clingan). but I guess the team will have plenty of practice to learn to play defense in a system that incorporates those two. Glad to see that Billups accepts the obvious, that these two can never be on the court together. Clingan fouls so much that they could both get plenty of minutes eventually.
