Gotcha. Yeah guys like him and Chad always claim to be team employees, but they aren’t and never were. No different than local tv sports anchors.

I think the bit about how Suke knows jack shit about Basketball is spot on. In a market where the biggest Sports team is a basketball team, his glaring lack of knowledge on it or the NBA is obvious.

Both of them (Isaac and Suck) almost have varsity level of petty going on when it comes to anything Blazers related, and Dirt isn't much better.

No one here is saying that they need to be 100% sucking up to the team or blowing smoke up their shorts, but at least don't be so obvious you don't want to talk about it.

I remember once when there was big blazer news and so I switched to their show and they were talking about something completely unrelated to the Blazers or hell, NBA.

(And yes I know the ducks are big, but they're not in the market)

Did they not have a class on lawn care or small engine repair?

Or how to compensate for having a small willy by buying shoes?

Yeah, when Isaac and Suke “talk” Blazers they come across disinterested and probably forced to check a box that they mentioned them. Bottom line for me is I don’t listen to them for Blazers takes. I’ll tune in to Danny and/or Chad if I want to fill that need.

And you think after listening to those people, you come away with more knowledge about the team…..or you just enjoy hearing other’s opinions. Because I’m telling you, it’s no different than people on here posting what they THINK about what’s going on.

Danny has far too many unnamed sources that are used to support his opinion. Nobody wants to go on the record or even on the show? He tries to portray himself as the Blazers' Woj. But when Woj dropped a bomb, it was actually happening. Danny tries to drop a bomb after the fact to make ridiculous claims about things that could have happened but never did.

He is very good at analyzing stats to support his opinion. Sometimes he takes it way too far, using outliers to prop up something that just isn't accurate. And then he'll use an unnamed source to validate a position he created from massaged stats.

While I don't listen to him often, I've never recalled him breaking any sports news. Yet after the fact, he claims that insiders told him it was going to happen.

To be fair Issac himself said he wasn't a team employee.

To use that as a dumbass excuse to not know jack shit about the only major pro team in your city. Some sports radio guys would kill to have ONE major team in their city.

I really enjoy Suke and Ropp, and don't mind that they talk about the Blazers a lot. They're people who get paid to bullshit about sports and do so in a funny non-condescending way. I have multiple sources for Blazer news, they bring attention to everything in the sports world.

I would drink a beer with either of them.

Also, concerning Ropp's firing from the postgame Blazer show. He was right to criticize Olshey.

Then don't talk about the Blazers at all. Their half-baked opinions are a waste of time.

Idk man, Listening to them about the draft....they stunk. Not even in a basketball knowledge way, just an overall I can't believe they just said that shit way.

They talked for awhile about how they knew their Asians in regards to Dylan Harper's mom and something about how Asians from different countries look different.

Why do I want to listen to that while listening to them during the draft.

See that's the problem... they're on during the primetime slot. It's just not even worth listening to.

Dylan Harper's mom looked hot AF on draft night. After Yang, this was the 2nd biggest story of the night.
