I'm thinking this might be a big hoax. Saw it from several X accounts but maybe not my most reliable ones. Edit, I checked again. Mainly from @igorsushko who I follow and has always been reliable. Weird that he hasn't retracted yet. Claime to get the info from southern Ukraine forces. Who would gain from this hoax? Not sure. I think a lot of russians will believe it even after their government denies....
I guess this really was too good to be true.

There were pictures on Reddit yesterday. Could have been from a different battle and/or train accident, but I did see pictures before you made your post.

Also Ukraine fighter jets shot down a Russian fighter jet over Russia.

Yeh, I saw a satellite photo of some track burned up but no burned up train or tanks. Still tending to think it was a hoax although checking back they fooled a couple really reliable X posters.

    What a POS.

I've never been so ashamed to be an American than when we first voted Donald Trump as president.

Except when we did it again, after we'd already fired him once.

I know most of the news coming out of Ukraine is either about Trump waffling drama or massive attacks by russia on civilian targets. Just wanted to share this beautiful article about what is happening on one of the most crucial fronts. Pfarrer is a former Navy seal who lives in Kyiv and follows the war very closely.

Trump said he could resolve war before being inaugurated. In January told Putin there would be tariffs and sanctions if no deal. In March told Putin there would be tariffs and sanctions if no deal. In April told Putin there would be tariffs and sanctions if no deal. In May told Putin there would be tariffs and sanctions if no deal. Yesterday told Putin there would be tariffs and sanctions if no deal in 50 days. From day one to September...

Time for NATO/Europe to take on putin. There will always be bad actors with Nukes trying to expand their territories. Why let Ukraine be destroyed by a thug who isnt going away unless he's eliminated.

Europe can't afford to let Russia take Ukraine. It's not going to happen unless the US helps Russia.

If the whole of Europe stands against him, what's to stop him firing off Nukes? Seems me Putin is the kind of guy that will take everyone out with him over losing.

But, I do agree Europe can't afford for Ukraine to be taken. I don't think the US going to help Russia at this point. Trump is upset at Putin.

Fear of death and loss of power. He's not stupid. Europe isn't going to go in and try to get rid of him. They are just defending their borders and the borders of their allies.

If Russia doesn't attack them Putin has nothing to worry about.

Except that Russia is failing and rapidly aging. Better to rule over a failing state like Kim Jong Un than to have yourself and your family killed.
