    Even more this…

I would love if Yao was a part of this team… That would be insane. Can Yao become part owner of the team with other investors?

He’s basically the Adam Silver of China. I don’t think being an assistant is in the cards for him. You could probably hire Jeremy Lin though

Hateful? I just think Rasheed was a jerk who did longterm damage to the franchise. You and I have agreed so many times and now you block me? Me thinks thou doth protest too much!

Yang and Clingan are going to provide consistent, fantastic screening and re-screening in the offense. That's one aspect where they are very similar.
Another aspect is that they don't give up on a play.

I thought he stepped down from his position with the CBA. But I agree, he’s got bigger shrimp to eat.

I will lose it if we ever see a “Eat the head” type goated commercial. I hope he becomes as famous and popular as Yao. I think he could man… Gonna depend on how he plays. But he’s got popularity like you don’t always see with players. The basketball fan base loves this young man.

If he’s an all-star they need to get Yang,D Wade, Chuck, and Yao together.

Going from Ayton>Yang might be the biggest upgrade the Blazers have ever done at a position in the off-season?

Felton> Dame was a huge upgrade. But Felton was a much better player than Ayton so who knows.

If he can shoot respectively from 3, he's going to slice and dice from the top of the key

well, if the Blazers have a 7 foot C and park him behind the three point line, Meyers can relate

Yes I remember well Meyers being heralded as the next great passing center with the eyes of an entire nation upon him.
Leonard's leadership, maturity and basketball IQ were extraordinary.
Famous for his quick-release at the 3-point line. They called him Lightning Leonard.

    Lane Agility: Meyers 11.34....Yang 11.79
    3/4 sprint: Meyers 3.41....Yang 3.38

    standing vertical: Meyers 30.0"....Yang 26.0"
    max vertical: Meyers 32.5"....Yang 30.0"

    height w/o shoes: Meyers 6'11.75"....Yang 7'1.0"
    wingspan: Meyers 7'3.0"....Yang 7'2.75"
    weight: Meyers 249.8....Yang 252.6

basically the same player. Meyers was a little more agile and athletic. Yang slightly bigger. But the gaps are pretty insignificant

personally, I don't give a shit about any rookie scale, slow-footed big man shooting three's. It's pointless in my view, and any time a player like Meyers, or Clingan, or Hansen spends parked 25 feet from the basket is a waste of time. I want those slow 7' guys close to the hoop with one foot in the paint, on both ends of the floor; and I want them working on their games down low. Nurkic got worse when he started gunning up more three's. His offensive rebounding cratered, and so did his FT rate. And those are two important categories for a big man

I like the one dunk where he fills the lane, catches the pass at the free throw line and dunks it without needing to put the ball on the floor.

Shuttle time: Yang finished faster than Coward, Harper, Fears, Ricardson, Tre Johnson, Carter-Bryant
