    So what.

James is one of the top, all-time NBA players. Stockton is a top, all-time PG. They have earned respect and accolades for their NBA careers.

mine was only for comparison of the explicit purpose of comparing the two different generations of players and how they approached playing the regular season grind with nothing about lebron that was negative nor comparing any politics. no wonder the world is so fracked up when it elicits this kind of response HCP. SMH.

There is no context to this list. I have seen Dr J praise a ton of the guys currently playing maybe he only wants to judge a player on their entire career... or he's just an old curmudgeon who wants to imagine that basketball around his time and before was better than it has been since then. If the latter is the case then that's disappointing.

There is a world outside of basketball. Politics aside, it is fair to make a point if a person is a whackjob, whether it's Isaiah Rider or John Stockton.

If Stockton really said that "hundreds of athletes have dropped dead on the field" after receiving the COVID vaccine he is either a certified whackjob or a bald-faced liar.

    • Stockton initially claimed in January 2022 that over 100 professional athletes had died suddenly after being vaccinated against COVID-19.
    • He later suggested the number might be in the thousands.

Yeah he’s pretty much a whack job. It’s been interesting to read his takes after the U S got their first Pope. He’s a pretty devout Catholic.

How is not tying your shoes making them tighter?

I think he's saying that they haven't broken in yet, so they haven't adjusted to his feet. Thus he doesn't need to tie the shoes.

I mean if you leave the laces untied you might make it 2 trips up and down the court before they are loose?

Because that's not what he's saying. He's saying the shoes are ALREADY tight so he doesn't need to tie them.

I'm not saying it makes sense. Just saying what it seems like he's saying.

I can’t answer for him….but he is a Kobe guy and that’s all he has worn his whole career. Kobe’s are notorious for being VERY snug and tight. Like I get a size bigger in those. I’ve heard Kobe guys like Ant and Shae talk about how they also get like a half size bigger. So they will literally stay on even without being tied.

Just googled his on court shoes…..EVERY single picture has his shoes tied. WTH is he talking about FAMS!?
