    Well, tough loss for the Seahawks. It was idiotic not to go for it with a little more than 3 minutes left in the 4th.

    So I’m was wondering.
    Pretty much every weekend I can watch almost every top 25 NCAA college football game. Those games are spread pretty evenly throughout timezones and are broadcast on multiple channels and platforms.

    The NFL has only 32 teams and really with Bi weeks has essentially 15 games then of course you have Sunday night, Monday Night and Thursday night so really Sunday there are 12 games.
    Why I ask is it so tough to watch the team I want to watch on any given Sunday (Niners)

    Why am I forced to watch the freaking Sea Clucks?

    I can't stand the fact that at least one of FOX or CBS usually doesn't carry one of their two games every Sunday. At least give us all four games (two per time slot) but no they've got to put on some paid programming or local programming instead. SMH.

    It also makes no sense because when those two networks broadcast in either or both of those slots it's two of their highest rated programs of the week.

    There must be some kind of number of games per year that they get in each market. I just don't see any other way Fox or CBS turns down the advertising dollars from NFL games and instead takes the revenue they get for local programming advertising, just giving away those ratings to the other network. Whatever the reason is, it's not great for us the fans. We're just trying to consume more football.
