Ha, I am the exact opposite. I stay in much better shape when our pool is open. Swimming is one of the best ways to stay in shape. And you don't really even have to do laps. There are a ton of exercises you can do in a pool, and they are all low-impact.

Even if he retires Id suspect he latches on for the playoffs with a contender the following year. I don't see how he would walk away from the game when hes still performing at a very high level. No he's not the MVP he used to be. But as the 2nd or 3rd star he could help a team get a title. Has anyone retired for good while playing at a legitimate All-NBA level their final season?
They didnt have a third team back then, but if they did I'd think Wilt would have gotten it his last year. He won other awards that year like first team all defense.
