    Now that SAF has declared that he wants to stay on for a couple more years, are there any of the current crop of ex MUFC players or coaches that could be a credible successor after Sir Alex hangs up his hair-dryer? Coppell, Hughes, Keane, Bruce, Strachan, Robson, Mclaren, Ince (did I forget someone?)

    Coppell will do well for Man Utd IMO

    I dont want to say it but Hughesy is the man, im sure he will do brilliant there but give it a few years please.

    I think either Hughes, Coppel or Keane are the men to do the job. It will be hard to follow his footsteps.
