I found a website and it gives you the chart and it tells you how to do each excercise. The chart you posted is basically right, but there are just some minor things that are different.</div>Those minor things are wrong probably. Let me see the chart you have. Because this chart is the EXACT chart the AA3 gives you if you were to buy it from them.

Honestly I would do the one I posted, but still use that cause it has all the rules on it and everything.Another thing make sure you warmup before and cool down after. Make sure you are welll hydrated as well.
Im going to try to start next week, I guess im going to use the one i found since Young Cus has seen the improvement with it. Any tips or something before I start?

And if you drink alot of pop slow down on it.Good Luck.

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (CB4AllStar @ Jun 1 2006, 10:42 AM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}></div><div class='quotemain'>I dont need air alert. But it's a hard routine to keep up.I have an AAIII chart printed out, I can't remember where I got it from though. It shows all the workouts and stuff. And that is the right one.
I'm kinda sorry about bringing this back from the dead, but does Air Alert really screw up your knees? I'm really skeptical about this right now. But I want to increase my running speed and my vertical jump. Hmmm, can someone help me out? And should I buy it for $20? It's pretty cheap.
Im pretty sure that I need to use air alert or Jump Soles because I am 6'3'' and I cant dunk. Im Sick and tired of it! I can jump up and grab the rim just fine but getting the damn ball in the hoop is my problem.
This just sounds like some simple plyometrics routine some idiot wrote up. Best thing is if you're 13 to just play ball, any maybe start doing some high rep squats. Do plyometrics whenever neccesary or you feel like it don't need to follow some program that kills your knees. Not rebuilds muscle at the same rate.

Are you completely stopping or are you gonna keep going?
I got some decent results, but I stopped immediatley, I was told to stop by an extremely smart guy, hes like a physio and a coach...But if it starts to hurt a lot common sense would tell you to stop though.
Dang...it sucks, cuz I can jump higher than everybody I know, but I can't dunk. I am 5'11 and it drives me crazy!
