    Olivier Giroud scored his third goal in as many Premier League matches as Arsenal overcame Tottenham Hotspur 1-0 on Sunday.

    Giroud tapped in midway through the first half to give Arsene Wenger's side a narrow victory over their north London rivals in a contest that they dominated for large periods.
