its really e-z. I did it for my last avyJust d/l the video and put it into Adobe Imageready (you should have it if you have photoshop)Then it asks which part you want for it to set up in slides, you can select the last part, then it will play it for you. You can delete some frames to make it go faster (every 3rd one for example). Then save it optimized as .gif. It really isn't that bad.
