BEAVS @ Stanford 11/10 Noon (PT) FOX Right now the Cards are favored by about 5. Poyer and Woods will be back. I think this is our biggest and most important game of the season. We must win this game! We win this we finish 10-2. Sorry guys, but I dont think we have a shot at beating the Ducks. I dont think our defense can stop their offense and our offense cant keep up with theirs. GO BEAVS!!!!
...while I am certainly happy to have Poyer back, I think Ward earned himself the starting role for now. May as well play the hot hand here since he seemed to be a difference maker in pass blocking schemes. He also ran extremely hard, reminded me a little bit of Simonton! If we win this game on the road, then I think that bodes well for having a fighters chance against the Ducks [but I would tend to agree with you as well, they look more unstoppable this year than any in the past].
This is such a HUGE game! If we can somehow get a win at Stanford everything will be in place. If we play hard and stay focused I'll be satisfied with whatever the results are. GO BEAVS!
