You can't just lose fat from one place in the body. You can tone muscles by focusing on an area, but it's not possible to lose fat from a specific area of the body.

Well I do them without wieghts and after 30min my breath leaves me gradually then after 5min at least i can start again but do twice as much as i did before almost.
Basic workouts at home can do a lot of help instead of running. Try out basic Crunches, Oblique crunches, suspended leg raises, etc.. Its better to work on your belly rather than the whole body when you just want to shed the belly flab.
You'll get muscles in your stomach, which I believe will work to pull in some of the stomach fat, making you look less fat, but you won't lose the fat. Unless you just stop eating, I don't see how you can really lose the fat with absolutely no cardio in you're routine. Also, in this day and age, I don't see how you can lose weight without playing Wii Fit.
look up TABATA workouts on google and YOUTUBE. your best bet!!! You can't spot reduce fat. You need to lean up all over!!!
To lose belly fat, eating right and exercising regularly needs to become a habit, not just something you do when you can be bothered or when you "have the time." If your current schedule makes it difficult to find the time for exercise, change it. Get out of bed earlier. Turn off the TV. Stop wasting time on Facebook.
