    Well i am sharing, some benefit of vitamin D in our healthy life.
    Vitamin D is used to cure, sun burn.
    Vitamin D is used to treat hair disease.
    Vitamin D is good anti oxidant.
    Vitamin D is good anti aging.
    Vitamin D prevents, from skin cancer.
    Vitamin D is used to treat scars.
