[C]Improve Pic Quality

I dont see how this improves quality, it's just a blur...

 

well realy this is good if you have a scan and it sucks. and it will work if its really BAD quality

 

this could help new gfxers but it doesn't improve qualitybtw id put this under gfx display for future referencewe wanna keep this thread as organized as possible.

 

No offense but this is a horrible tut. First off the pic had great quality to begin with. Plus you just made the pic look worse.

 

Instead of doing darken at 50-60% do overlay at 100%.
