With the news that Frank Lampard has the option to buy out his current contract with Chelsea and move to Spain (he has Spanish girlfriend) and the possibilty that Claude Makelele may also leave as he is only being offered a one year extention; could it be possible that there may be a second "worse case scenario" developing other than Jose packing his bags and moving to Real Madrid? I just wondered who Chelsea fans might replace these players with. Deco or Kaka perhaps? Would that be so bad? Or would a move for Owen Hargreaves amuse the blues fans?
I think Chelse might ditch Lampard and Makalele, but this wuld be a mistake. In fact Im sure Lampard is going, Chelsea would have tied up his contract a long time ago if they wanted to keep him surely?
