curves

how do you make a curve :ranting: :ranting: THIS JUST GETS ME SO PISSED..on programs like paint it can curve..on photoshop it cant..if you can then HOW CAN YOU MAKE A CURVE LINE???I dont want to go on paint EVRY time to make a curve.. actully this questoin is not for me its for my brother..he works at some programing stuff and he uses paintdotnet he says it sucks...SO I gave him photoshp but then he noticed you cant make curves.......I LOOKED evry were and it its either the pencil tool but he want it a REAL curve not some sloppy curve...and pen tool dosn't work!!PLEASE HELP!!

or use the pen tool

 

Yeah make a curved path using the pen tool and right click>stroke path>brush(or pencil).

 

Take the default circle brush.Set it to 1 pxAnd draw a curved line.
