    "If you're looking for Devan Dubnyk, he's the guy on the clothesline.

    As in hung out to dry by the rest of his Edmonton Oilers' teammates.

    The sophomore goalie did the best he could to stem the tide on a night when the Oilers were outshot 32-12, but a 2-1 loss to the Canucks is all he could manage.

    "It wasn't our best game, or what we wanted," said Dubnyk, whose record falls to 2-3-2 despite a .918 save percentage (which is only going up after Sunday's onslaught). "But that's how it goes sometimes. We were trying, we were working, we just couldn't seem to get pucks deep or get anything going. But it's a long season and we're going to continue to learn.""
