I can't believe there isn't a thread on this already! Well, what are your predictions on the game. It doesn't look to good now, but I think Duke will take this one by 10+.
These games are always so fun to watch. But I really don't see this one being much of a contest, Duke should have this one in the bag.
I should have put up a thread on this this afternoon, my bad. I really like Duke in this game. They are doing a tremendous job of feeding Williams down low in the post. Both teams have committed far too many turnovers however that can be expected considering the emotion with which is present at the game. North Carolina has done a great job of not giving Reddick any daylight at all. Carolina now has a two point lead. They are just amazing in transition. Rashard McCants is playing amazing. This will be a battle to the end however I think Duke will take this game.

Wow, it's getting good. Go UNC! McCants is playing great basketball right now, I hope they don't lose this momentum. Someone just went down for Duke, didn't catch who it was, but Duke better hope it's not an important role player.
You GOTTA love this game... I'm facinated by this rivalry. I'm across the country but this game just gives me goosebumps... I wish sporting events on the West coast had half the excitement and emotion of a Duke/Tar Heel basketball game. I'm a West Coast guy through-and-through, so these schools are doing something right for me to say that!! I have no preference, so it's just an awesome game to watch... I can cheer for every good play rather than cringing as Duhan laid it in Anyway awesome game, love the on-going rivalry between these 2... nothing compares!!
Big games by Williams and Deng Reddick for the first time in a quite a while struggled from downtown. Credit to Sean May on his monster game on the backboards. As expected, very good game between two very talented teams.
I certainley didn't, I thought Duke was going to run away with a blowout. But Carolina kept it close, and it made it another UNC vs. Duke classic. Reddick wasn't in the best shape today, but he made a basket when it counted, and Duhon was practically uncontested going in for that layup. Go Dukies!
Basically whenever these two teams play you can count on a close game. Rank means absolutely nothing in this game. Whenever these two face you can basically consider them the same rank. They will go out and fight to the death to win. UNC got killed with turnovers early on. Reddick was cold the entire night really. McCants is clutch and made big shots down the stretch. I though Coach K made a great decision not to call the timeout at the end of overtime and let his players play. Duhon is the MVP for Duke hands down this year. He just provides so much leadership and knows how to control the tempo of a game temporarily. Both teams played with so much heart and passion last night. This ranks as one of the top games I have ever seen.
The games between these two teams are so exiting. There is so much history with these two teams. Neither team cares about past games or up coming games when they play eachother. All they care about is beating the other that is why there games are always so close.
