For the pizza bread? Just buy regular sub sandwich buns at your local grocery or baker. Make sure that they bake well in a toaster oven. I'll give you the full recipe when I get back home on what to do, but make sure you have cinnamon powder available. You'll also need Mrs Dash spices and I'll let you know which exactly when I return home. Mrs Dash spices also go into the chicken. Btw, do you like garlic? It is important for the pizza bread as well.

I'm not the healthiest eater myself but my problem is moreso gaining weight; I need to get gain atleast 10-15 pounds (of muscle, preferably). My eating habits are quite bad...I don't mind eating healthy food but regardless of whether I eat frequently or infrequently, my weight almost always stays the same. It's kind of frustrating actually, but I don't really mind being skinny for the time being. I'm assuming I will gain the weight once my metabolism slows down anyway.

To all the posters who've contributed to the thread with information, you guys are of great help.

I always had the same problem, but this is how to gain the weight. Eat larger portions and less time per day. Load up on the carbs. It takes a couple of weeks for your body to adjust, but you'll start noticing changes in about a month.

Your going to need to consume more calories then you burn. Assuming that you are a bigger eater with a fast metabolism like myself. Make sure to lift weights 3 times a week. I'd reccomend protein shakes, they helped me alot with gaining weight. Eat every 2 hours along with a protein shake after workout and you should be on your way to gaining weight. Also try and stay away from too much cardio.

I would assume that that is what happens.

I remember, 2 years ago at Halloween, my friend decided to give out Colon Chocolate, it like makes you crap, so all these kids got this chocolate, and most of the kids next day at school had mad stomach problems.

The tube thing, well doesn't work to much, I was watching Adventures in HollyHood, a show on MTV about Three 6 Mafia, and Project Pat and some other dude, went to that and the other dude did the Tube, and it didn't help him to much.

You're getting your 'medical information' from MTV about a hip hop group? Right. Actually that "tube thing" works, but can be dangerous to your body if not done correctly. It also costs quite a bit and isn't a natural option. That "colon chocolate" is actually a laxative that makes you crap, it doesn't cleanse anything in your body. People take those when they have irregularity.

In all honesty, I only eat about 2 meals per day, and the reason for that is because my schedule is kind of f'd up. I'm in my last year of high school (well, 2 weeks to go now), and I constantly wake up late for school (from sleeping late), so I rush out of the house without eating to get to school, and usually I don't have money for lunch (when I do, I obviously buy lunch), nor do I get to pack lunches the mornings. So, basically, my first meal of the day comes around 4 PM in the afternoon, and that's followed by a bunch of small snacks and what not for the rest of the time before I eat a bigger meal for dinner. I actually manage to eat even before I sleep, which apperently helps gain weight as well. The problem though is that, I don't think I'm eating nearly enough, no matter the quantity of the meal I consume. I doubt 2 (big) meals is even going to cut it for someone with high metabolism such as myself.

During the summer, I'm more free and I'm expecting to gain atleast 5-10 pounds in the 2 month period, and I will be sure to eat more. I'm not great at balancing things out, especially when it comes to diet, and my habits indicate that.

When you say 2 hours, do you mean eating small portioned meals (i.e- light sandwiches, or perhaps fruits, etc) every two hours or heavier amounts of food? My brother actually works out (he used to be quite skinny till about 19, and then he started gaining weight...now he is 180 or so with a huge build), so I do have protein powder for shakes lying around the house.

Yeah there's no chance of gaining weight with that schedule. Why don't you work on not staying up so late, and waking up an hour earlier to get some food in you stomach in the morning.

I stopped drinking protein shakes awhile ago because they made me feel like crap. Like bloated and blah. I think it's because they're so thick. Sometimes I'd mix the powder with milk, half a banana, and some fruit in the magic bullet and make a chocolate fruit smoothie thing and that was pretty good. But regular shakes make me feel like crap.

If you want to gain weight, my suggestion is to eat at the very least 4 times per day (preferably 6 or more), and work out at least 2-3 times per week.

Eating fewer but larger portions high in carbs will make you gain weight for sure, but that weight will be fat. Excess carbs are stored as fat.

Protein Powders are good, but make sure not to use them to replace food. You have a busy schedule so maybe it would be better for you to buy protein bars to eat on the way to school, but I think they are disgusting. Its not a myth that breakfast is the most important meal of the day try and get something to eat before you head to school if possible.

Magic Bullet for the win. We did that deal too and gave the other one to my aunt. I use it for smoothies usually but its fun to make salsa and stuff too.

Yeah it is fun to use. I usually make custom spices with different peppers and herbs mixed together. I have yet to use it for making smoothies, but I should when I get back home.
