I like this one too its nice and simple, nothing much you could do to improve it, I like the text you used and the positioning, and the background you used, everything looks real nice together on this. Good job man.

I'm not really a fan of the font because of how the A came out, and I think it should be a bit smaller so it doesnt touch the border and Eli. With the BG, the simpleness isn't that bad really, but not so sure about the faded Manning text. Incorporating the Giants logo probably wont work because it's awful for sigs, but maybe something like his signature or another pic in the background.
