Who do you think is a better rapper overall?Dr. Dre has done so much for the rap business. He has become a legendary beat maker and a king of the game. Everyone has heard of Dr. Dre, rap fan or not.Eminem was the prodigy of Dre. Nobody wanted to sign him because he was white, but he eventually did get signed by the Dr. himself. He has made many albums, and is rated second of all time, just a little bit behind 2Pac. Eminem starred in 8 Mile, a movie based on his life before hitting the jackpot. Not only has Eminem become a kingpin of the rap game, but he has also developed an outstanding talent of making beats. He also started Shady Records and signed many young rappers.I personally think Eminem is the better rapper. His flow is the best I have ever heard, and in most of his songs, he raps about real stuff, not all this "I'ma shoot you and kill you" stuff. In a lot of his songs, he rhymes many, many words together in a lot of the lines (called a multie for those of you who didn't know).
Dre didn't right his own rhymes, that right there makes me take away from everything he has done.Em has made total crap basically, his first two albums were amazing but everything from there went totally downhill. Most know albums for each artist: Dr. Dre's- The ChronicEminem's- Marshall Mathers LP, Slim Shady was also well known.Who out of the two is better? Don't listen to either anymore but I would take Em because he still has the talent to drop a good album.
I actually thought Em's third CD was hist best, and from there things went down hill. Eminem is the better rapper. Dr. Dre however, is the best producer of all time in my opinion. He was the one in the studio cutting, editing and doing all of that stuff for Death Row Records, Suge just paid the bills.

Marshall Mathers LP, Slim Shady Lp, then Eminem show, a few songs from the album infinite were good, like the song infinite.

In Eminem show I only like Till I Collapse and Sing for the Moment, the rest just didn't appeal to me. As for Dre dropping a good album, I don't give Dre credit and never will because he doesn't right his own rhymes.

Dre is a better producer and beat-maker than rapper in my opinion. Sure he had one good album (Chronic), but his lyrical brilliance isn't even in the same world as Eminem.
